Our experienced team look forward to assisting with your service or repairs. To make the process run smoothly, there are some things you should do to prepare.

In-store or external repairs
Where possible we perform in-store repairs, however, some devices may need to be sent to Apple which increases the turnaround time for repairs. We will notify you as soon as possible if your device needs to be sent away.

Repairing a Mac
When bringing in your Mac or MacBook for repairs, make sure you have backed up your data. You may need to restore the backup if your Mac or MacBook needs to be reformatted during the repair process. While all care is taken when servicing and repairing your computer, we are not responsible for lost data.
